Moroccan Chicken

Reviewed: Apr. 24, 2003
Wasn't awful, but I didn't enjoy it. Too spicy. Lots of great vegetables, though.

Good, but not much flavor. Felt like I still needed gravy.

Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Very yummy! Sweet and salty mixed. It sounds strange, but you have to try it before you decide!

Fugi Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2003
This salad is awesome! I have been looking for the right cabbage salad for a long time...there are so many out there. The dressing is sweet and the vinegar does not overpower it. So good!

Ground Turkey Casserole

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2003
We didn't like this much at all. Not a lot of flavor. It tastes mostly like cream cheese and sour cream! Needed more tomato sauce and spices or something! Wouldn't make it again.

Aztec Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2003
I did not enjoy this casserole very much. The tortillas got so soggy that they almost disappeared. It was pretty mushy. Crushed tortilla chips on top were a great improvement, though.

Honey-Lime Fruit Toss

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2004
So yummy! Fresh fruit is great by itself, but this is a beautiful combination with an extra special touch! I loved it! Even better with chopped fresh pineapple!

Spinach Tomato Tortellini

We thought this was excellent! Serve with some warm breadsticks and you'll think you're at the Olive Garden! It's that good!

Asian Lettuce Wraps

Reviewed: Apr. 7, 2005
Fun idea, but it didn't have much flavor. I didn't have the chile pepper sauce. I agree that a peanut sauce would be good with it.

Garlic Bubble Ring

Reviewed: Apr. 15, 2005
This was good and fun for a change, but not spectacular. The butter mixture was way too much and the egg probably unneccessary.

Mexican Bean Salad

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2005
Very yummy! I made it just as written except left out the hot pepper sauce. Served over a bed of Romaine with the option of crushed tortilla chips and sour cream on top. Everyone at the party loved it, too.

Tuna Noodle Casserole I

Reviewed: Aug. 30, 2006
This didn't turn out as well as I thought it would. The cheese sauce looked great before I mixed everything in...then it just seemed to disappear! Maybe I used too many noodles? It got pretty dry after baking. Should have skipped that step, I think.

Honey Almond Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2006
This did not turn out well at all for me. I used chicken breasts and they got very dry and chewy--I think 1 hour was too long to bake! I agree that the sauce was greasy (and I even used less butter) and didn't have much flavor. I don't recommend this. Sorry.

Fabulous Zucchini Grinders

Reviewed: Sep. 6, 2006
I liked these a lot. The bread did get soggy. Next time I might melt the cheese onto the bread under the broiler, then put the hot filling onto the buns just before serving. Great way to use all that garden zucchini!

Baked Chicken with Peaches

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2006
This smelled wonderful (like peach pie!) but didn't have as much flavor as I hoped. I would use lots more peaches for that amount of chicken. I didn't try thickening the drippings for a sauce, but wish I would have. It is very watery otherwise. Served with rice. It was alright.

Chicken Papadoris

Reviewed: Sep. 25, 2006
I thought this sounded yummy, but it didn't end up having much flavor. Is it supposed to be served with something? I put it over rice.

Cinnamon Apple Pancakes

Reviewed: Jan. 13, 2007
I loved how healthy this recipe looked. But, it wasn't a hit with my family. The pancakes didn't cook completely around the apple chunks. And, I didn't think they were very sweet at all--even WITH syrup! Sorry!
