This was great, but I wouldn't use a whole can of coconut milk next time because it came out too sweet. I also think increasing the soy sauce would help a little too.

Chicken Divan

This recipe was very good, but just a bit too salty and oily for me. I used a whole tablespoon of curry and omitted the water chestnuts. Next time I will decrease the amount of cream of chicken soup and the mayo.

Kay's Spaghetti and Lasagna Sauce

Great recipe! The only changes I made were to replace 1/3 lb of the ground beef with ground italian sausage, added some baby carrots and chopped squash, and let it simmer for about 1.5 hours.

Easy Pesto

Yummy! This was the first pesto sauce that I've ever made and it turned out fabulous! I thought that the nutty flavor of the almonds overpowered the basil and garlic, but it still tasted great. Will definitely make again!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Very yummy, especially the topping, but the actual muffin was lacking just a little bit in flavor. I will probably do as another reviewer suggested and use a different recipe for the muffin but keep this topping.

Vanilla Ice Cream VII

This vanilla ice cream was great but I had changed a few things. I used half & half instead of heavy cream, whole milk, and only 5 egg yolks. It came out very creamy and smooth. Absolutely delicious!

Chicken Parmigiana

This was delicious! The only thing that I did differently was to first carefully pound the chicken to about 1/8" thick before dipping to give it a crispier texture after frying. I served it on a bed of spaghetti and topped with finely shredded Parmesan cheese and a side of garlic bread.

Fresh Spring Rolls

This really was not what I was expecting at all. My friend and I tried this recipe one night and were disappointed with the results. However, they did taste a little better after we fried them.

Hot Artichoke Spinach Dip
