The Best Bean and Ham Soup
This is AMAZING! I am so happy I decided to try this! I couldn't find a 15 bean package, but I did find a 20 bean one and used it instead. Bought a 3 pound ham hock, threw all the ingredients on top, covered with the liquids and let it simmer all day. Didn't need to add anymore ham as the amount of meat that came off the hock was more than enough. This is SOOO worth the time and effort - just be ready for a lot of soup as this yields a significant amount. Also, I used a 16 quart soup pot and it was more than 1/2 way full once all of the ingredients/liquids were in there - so please take note!

Baked Spaghetti Squash with Beef and Veggies
As an individual trying to stick with a slow carb only lifestyle change, I am trying out new recipes in search of yummy lunch ideas. I pulled this out of the oven about 10 minutes ago and just tried the final results - YUM!!! I think I just found my favorite go-to lunch. I prefer ground sausage in italian dishes so I used that instead of ground beef. I also used about a cup of cheese and will melt some on top tomorrow when I heat it up at work! This is SO SO SO good! Thanks for posting!

Best Steak Marinade in Existence
It really is! At least in my entire marinating history, this is the best steak marinade that I have run across. Marinading steaks in this for a good 36 hours before grilling during Memorial Day weekend. Made some homemade steak fries and a fresh salad - this was better than any Steakhouse joint that I have ever been to and the highlight of the weekend! I have plans of repeating this again VERY soon, and that's saying a lot since I usually try to avoid red meat!
