Roasted Asparagus and Garlic

Yum! This recipe is so easy anyone can fix it! If children like asparagus then this will be a huge hit -- mine don't. Only down side might be that portions are too small.

Cuban Pork Roast II

Taste was good. I added cornstarch to pan drippings for a tasty gravy when reheating leftovers and liked it even better. Overall the roast was juicy and flavorful without a great deal of effort.
