I made this a couple of years ago for the first time for my mother on Mother's Day because she loves macadamia nuts. She now demands it every year. Very easy to make (last year was my first attempt at brittle and it came out perfect) and was actually pretty good.

Slow Cooker Stuffing

First time I have ever made stuffing that was not in a box. Mine didn't need to cook the entire time, but it was absolutely fabulous! Made with vegetable stock (use sense when adding the amount, 41/2 c may be too much for your bread) since I had 2 vegetarians and it was great. The next time I tried it, I made my own bread cubes because I could not find any that were not pre-seasoned. Has come out great every time. I highly recommend this recipe. I'm sure glad I found it.
