Cranberry Orange Bread (For Bread Machine)

Reviewed: Nov. 17, 2013
This was an excellent recipe, but I went with 4 stars only because I made a few changes. I substituted orange juice for the water and added about 2 tsp. of orange zest. Even with the changes, the orange flavor, although present, was not overly strong. The cranberries chewy and adding a nice tang. Both my husband and I really enjoyed it. I plan to make it for work this week and for Christmas morning. Thanks for the recipe!

Key Lime Pie VII

Reviewed: Jun. 18, 2013
I've made this pie time and again for my husband. It is definitely his favorite. It turns out well every time. We've also tried the Emeril's key lime, which is good and a little less sweet, but tricky to make and can sometimes fail for unexplained reasons. I also suggest a spoonful of bourbon whip cream to top it off. It makes the perfect compliment to cut the sweetness. Thank you for a great recipe! Easy to make and turns out perfect every time. I will say, I ususally have to bake mine for closer to 14 minutes to get the bubbles, but it has never burned or ruined the flavor.

Vaselopita - Greek New Years Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2013
I ended up making it in bundt cake version because my cake pan was too small, but it came out wonderfully! My kids love it, and I think we are starting a new New Year's Day tradition. I used a whole raw almond for the good luck charm, which has yet to be recovered, but my kids love trying to get it with each piece. An excellent, easy recipe I'm so grateful someone thought to share. Thank you, Paul!
