I used 3 blocks of cream cheese, and subsituted blue cheese for ranch. For kicks I added in crumbled blue cheese as well. Huge hit at the bills tailgate- if you are bringing it anywhere cold I would suggest glad's ovenwear containers. Disposable, cheap and kept the dip warm for hours!

Apple Pie I

This recipe is super easy and come out with delicious apple pie! I followed other reviewers and put a little flour in the mixture to make sure it doesn't get soupy and sometimes add some brown sugar to the mix as well!

Baked Bar-be-que Chicken

boyfriend and friends loved it, im just not a huge fan of bbq chicken. i took some other reviewers suggestion and rub and herb blend under the skin, and basted in bbq sauce before baking.

Cheese and Broccoli Chicken Soup

this is a staple for me every winter and fall. The recipe is simply fantastic by iteself. I think I may have added some flour a couple of times i made it but generally no big alterations!
