Toddler Muffins
Great recipe! Muffins were moist, sweet enough and I love that they are good for you too!! Plus, they were kid-approved! I made them exactly like the recipe states. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because I am not a fan of the little crunches the oat bran added but that is something I can easily get past. lol My 4 yr old even helped me make them and after he ate one he told me, "Thank you for adding the carrots mom! They are yummy!"

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
I absolutely loved this! So did my 1yr old...He had seconds. My husband have it an 8 out of 10. So I made this just like the recipe but used chicken tenders instead of thighs and I cooked it at 375 15 minutes covered, turned the tenders over and cooked 15 more minutes uncovered. Instead of just basting the chicken with the sauce, I poured the sauce in the dish almost submerging the chicken. My sauce never really bubbled or thickened much but it was still delicious!

Asian Beef Skewers
These were so good! I made it exactly like the recipe but cooked the skewers on my george foreman grill instead of a regular grill. The meat was tender and flavorful and the marinade was really easy to make! I marinated mine all night.
