French Toast Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2011
This was absolutely fantastic! Be sure that you soak the bread for 10 minutes as the recipe states. You want to make sure the bread soaks up the milk/ egg mixture. We used Hawaiian Sweet Bread as we do for regular French Toast. It's great for the job.

Nana Dot's Irish Soda Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2011
I chose this version of Irish Soda bread because it originated from someones mom. In my opinion those are some of the best tried and true recipes. It was wonderful!!! I did have to bake it a bit longer, about 10 minutes) but over time I'll perfect that part of it too. This recipe is an absolute keeper!

English Royalty Chocolate Chip Scones

Reviewed: May 12, 2008
These delicious scones were so quick easy to make yet they don't taste "simple." I agree with other reviewers who added more than 3 T of orange juice. I didn't measure, but I added at least twice that amount until I got a nice dough. A new favorite recipe!!!
