Sugar Cookie Icing

As other said, liquid amounts can't be right. Tried adding more syrup/milk to get it to a useable consistiency and it was just to hard to work with and tasted way too sweet on the cookies.

Peanut Butter Tandy Bars

For the users questioning the batter of the cake. It is not a cookie or cake batter, but a hot milk sponge cake and should be very runny when poured. Make sure you use the recommended size pan and you should be fine. I do not spread the PB on the cake while warm, but wait for it to cool and set up. Then I micro the PB for a few seconds to make it a bit runny, it is much easier to spread it this way. Allow that layer to set up and then spread the melted chocolate layer. It is a time consuming recipe because of the cool down times between layers, but is well worth the effort. Received the biggest compliment the last time I made it for a party... I brought home an empty pan.

City Chicken

It never ceases to amaze me at the wonderful recipes I can find on this site. I've had City Chicken once and LOVED it. Tried following the original recipe, but it wasn't 'quite right'. Once I rolled it in flour, egg, cracker crumbs I knew that was the missing ingrediant. It gives you a much nicer crust on the cubes. I also baked it since I couldn't fit that many skewers in my pan and wanted to get the most for my efforts. Now I am happy to say "It tastes just like Nana's."

Pineapple Stuffing

Thank you for posting this! I had this at a family dinner several years ago and have wanted to get my hands on the recipe. My family loves this with Easter dinner in place of traditional stuffing. It's also good cold the day after. Reminds me of a Pineapple Bread Pudding. YUMMY!
