Cream Cheese Frosting II
very yummy, made it for a pumpkin cake recipe (http://allrecipes.com/recipe/downeast-maine-pumpkin-bread/detail.aspx). I ended up with 2 'sour cream' containers of leftovers. But I 'watered' down half of the recipe (by adding whole milk slowly) so that I could drizzle over the cake instead of layering it on thick. It was very yummy.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
Made this recipe last week and it was a hit! Followed some of the suggestions in the reviews by adding a couple items. Made 12 in cupcake tray. I added (not measured) chocolate chips, to half the cupcakes, once the mix was in the cupcake mold, then I took a spoon to mix them in. Then I sprinkled toasted walnuts to the other 6 on top. I also had enough mix to make a loaf and I added toasted walnuts to the top of it. I looked up a cream cheese frosting recipe (http://allrecipes.com/recipe/cream-cheese-frosting-ii-2/detail.aspx) and 'watered' it down by adding milk then drizzled it on top of the loaf. Yum, I can taste it now, sooo good. A friend that tried it doesn't even like pumpkin stuff, but loved the ones with the chocolate chips in it. I will make this recipe again.
