Microwave Oven Peanut Brittle

This recipe is super easy - and the brittle is delicious! I will never go back to the stove top - softball candy stage method. Must keep and try!

I made this for Christmas dinner at a friends - we could have nuts due to allergies, but everything else was just as the recipe stated. It was DELICIOUS - most everyone took seconds and several asked for the recipe. It was very sweet but a great side for turkey and stuffing!

Monkey Bread Recipe from Pillsbury.com

I made this for Christmas breakfast - I used the Sweet Dinner Rolls recipe for the dough and then the toppings just as stated in the recipe, except all walnuts and no raisins - it was DELICIOUS!

Egg & Bacon Casserole

Love this breakfast casserole so easy to make and perfect to make ahead and freeze. Just thaw a few hours in the fridge before baking. Everyone loves it!

Herbed Corn

I made this for Christmas dinner at a friends house, all 18 people loved it - several asked for the recipe. It had more of a garlic flavor than I expected, but it was a very tasty and a great way to make "just corn" a whole lot better!

Sweet Dinner Rolls

I used this recipe to make Monkey Brains sticky buns and it was perfect. Very easy to make in the bread machine and was delicious with the gooey sugar toppings for breakfast!
