Antipasto Pasta Salad
I made it exactly as the recipe stated except we don't like olives so I left them out. I added 1/2 tsp. salt to the dressing and was afraid it would be too salty but it was perfect! The best pasta salad recipe I have ever eaten~

Easter Lamb Cake II
I have taken over preparing the lamb cake every Easter from my 89 year old Polish mother-in-law. She always used a pound cake mix for the batter so I have continued that tradition. I follow the rest of the directions as listed. Turns out every time. We frost with whipped fluffy white frosting and decorate with raisins for the eyes and a piece of maraschino cherry for the mouth, finishing it off with a red ribbon tied around its neck representing the blood of Jesus.

Turkey Brine
First time brining a turkey and was a little nervous. Followed this recipe exactly and the turkey was the best we've ever had. I got so many compliments on it. The white meat was so juicy and my turkey took 2 hours less time to cook. I couldn't believe it! All the great reviews were justified. When I tasted the gravy I thought I'd died and gone to heaven. I eneded up brining it in the same black speckled ware roasting pan I cooked it in. Will never cook a turkey again without brining it. Can't wait to brine a chicken next!
