High Temperature Eye-of-Round Roast

Only OK. I followed the instructions exactly and have a Jenn-aire electric oven. It did not leave enough drippings for a gravy. The roast was rare (bloody). This was not nearly as good as my recipe. Salt, pepper, and garlic powder eye of round roast. Brown in small amount of oil. When brown, add one can of beef broth and bake covered in a 300° oven for three hours. The meat will be tender and will slice beautifully for sandwiches . . . and plenty of drippings for gravy.
