These red velvet cupcakes are the best I've ever tasted. AMAZING. I made them for thanksgiving and people were seriously begging me to make more for Christmas, etc. NOW I did make a few changes. I read the reviews about dryness so I added a bit less flour, i used a little buttermilk (or milk and a little bit of vinegar) and i added a little sugar...ALSO don't overbake them. I should've baked them at 20 minutes but i did 25 and the outside dried out. But trust me they taste so good and with a few changes would be perfect!
