Chicken Valdostano

Reviewed: Jan. 15, 2005
This was amazing. Not only does this taste delicious, but looks like a meal fit for company. Didn't have fontina cheese, so used fresh mozzarella instead. Can not wait to try this one again...probably next time the in-laws come for dinner. Thanks for the post.

Skin-on Savory Mashed Potatoes

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2006
Went to make this, started to add the sour cream, and realized I had none. So, I used cream cheese instead. Second time I made this recipe exactly and it was delicious. Another great way to make a classic. Thanks for the post.

Hubby and his friends at work loved these...I am not a big white chocolate fan so this rating comes from the boys. Thanks for this great recipe.

Grilled Turkey Club

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2003
These are very close to what you get at a restaurant. I add pepper to the bacon and change up the types of cheese. I also toast the bread instead of using the skillet. Definately a keeper.

Pan-Seared Chicken Breasts with Shallots

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2006
I also added mushrooms like others....and added just a bit of flour after the mushrooms were sauteed....to help thicken the sauce. It was delicious. Added some green onions for some flavor and cruch when I served it. Hubby exclaimed...that it smelled great...and tasted great too. Thanks for the post.

Pam's Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2006
Good stuff...I do agree that it was really moist. I used Ritz crackers instead (didn't have any Saltines). Did have a ton of grease that scared me a bit....but liked the end result. Thanks for the post.

You seriously can not go wrong with this recipe. Absolutely delicious and worth every second of the waiting. My son ate these up and was upset that I didn't make more. Followed the recipe exactly. Thanks for the post.

Thai Pork Loin

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2003
This is one of my family's favorite recipes. I cook it so much that I am afraid that we won't like it anymore. Like some of the other reviewers I use cilantro or green onions to spice it up. I also like to add some mushrooms and serve it over rice. It is a great dish.

Old Fashioned Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2006
Made this for dinner tonight...and delicious. This is my grandma's recipe (with a slight variation on the sage). We also only add 1 egg and a little bit more onion. Delicous. Everyone ate this up with very little left over (bit disappointed....wanted to bring some home). Thanks for the post.

Garlic Butter

This stuff is great. The only thing I did differently is to diminish the amount of salt a bit. I can't wait to use this again.

Mozechilli Casserole

Reviewed: Jan. 27, 2009
This was easy, fast, and delicious. I had everything on hand already and wanted a quick meal that was "homemade" and not out of a box. I did add some garlic and onions to the meat for more flavor, but other than that followed the recipe. Thanks for the post...a definate keeper.

Grilled Salmon With Orange Glaze

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2006
I LOVED this. Hubby thought it was good...but since I do the reviews....I win. I didn't change anything. Hubby thought there was a little too much orange and ginger...wanted to taste more of the salmon. I thought it was perfect. Thanks for the post....will make again.

S'mores

Reviewed: Jul. 15, 2006
Ok...the only thing I can say is delicious. I did make some more of the graham cracker mixture (per the advice of other reviewers). Instead of the semi-sweet, I used milk and white chocolate (sorta a half and half mixture). Made this for a supper at my parent and the adults and kids ate them up quickly...no leftovers. Thanks for the post.

Microwave Peanut Brittle

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2006
I frist saw this recipe and thought "NO WAY". Peanut brittle in the microwave, but then had to try it. Glad that I did. I did make a few changes after reading the reviews. I put the sugar and corn syrup in the mic. for 1 minute...then added 2 cups of peanuts...(we like our peanut brittle with extra peanuts). I then cooked this for 3 minutes. After it came out I added the baking soda and vanilla. Put it in a glass dish (layed down parchment paper)...and delicious. Planning on giving these out for Christmas treats. Thanks for the post.
