Slider-Style Mini Burgers

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2011
These were delicious. I had to cut down a little on the mayo and cheese because I didn't make sure I had enough, but it still tasted amazing. Added some garlic pickles and a little more cheese while in the oven. Pretty darn close to the restaurant chain. Thanks for the post.

Tilapia with Creamy Sauce

The sauce on this is amazing - the lemon juice was just a little much, but other than that - delicious. Thanks for the post.

Delicious and Easy Mock Risotto

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
I loved this recipe, but DH was not a fan. I think this was easy and it was creamy and delicious. Definately something I would like to keep in the recipe files. I did add a splash of white wine for flavor. Thanks for the post.

Campbell's® Tuna Noodle Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2009
This was good. I omitted the peas because we aren't fans and added cheddar sour cream crushed potato chips as the topping. Easy and inexpensive meal. Thanks for the post.

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2009
I really like how this recipe turned out. I followed it exactly. Hubby isn't a huge mustard fan but he said that this was ok - hence the 4 star rating. I think this is definately something I will continue to make for myself when hubby isn't home. Thanks for the post.

Artichoke Chicken

Reviewed: Oct. 26, 2009
Since I have been on bedrest during my pregnancy, hubby decided to make this dish. It was actually pretty good. I think there was just a little too much of the artichoke topping, but otherwise it was great. Thanks for the post.

A Farewell to Basil Fettuccine

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
This was so delicious and so easy. I don't have a pasta maker and it was my first attempt at making fresh pasta. I did have a little trouble trying to get the pasta thin enough, but it turned out well. Basil flavor was just right and we grilled up some garlic shrimp to serve with it. Thanks for the post.

Fry Bread Tacos II

These were good and easy to make. Wanted something different than our typical taco meal and this fit the bill. Didn't change a thing to the fry bread but added our own taco toppings to our preference. Thanks for the post.

Easy Pepperoni Bread

This was very good and very easy. I did use fresh basil and had pizza sauce for dipping. My hubby and 3 year old ate it up (and I got very little for dinner). Thanks for posting.

Simple and basic, also very good and easy. This is a quick fix meal with some pasta and garlic bread. Can easily change it up by adding white wine or some herbs to get more flavor. Thanks for the post.

Chicken in Mushroom Sauce

This is easy to do and quick. I precooked the bacon to make it even easier. Didn't add the full cup of sour cream (thought it wasn't necessary). Turned out well. Thanks for the post.

Quick Glazed Pork and Rice Skillet

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2009
This was good and quick but not amazing. I did take another reviewers advice and cook the rice seperately and I think that helped. The sauce was good (hubby thought it was just a little too sweet). Thanks for the post.

Mozechilli Casserole

This was easy, fast, and delicious. I had everything on hand already and wanted a quick meal that was "homemade" and not out of a box. I did add some garlic and onions to the meat for more flavor, but other than that followed the recipe. Thanks for the post...a definate keeper.

Mushroom Saute

This were awesome. I only added a pinch of nutmeg since I didn't want it to overpower the dish, but kept everything else the same. Made my own version of Chicke Cordon Bleu and put this right on top....delicious. Definate keeper, thanks for the post.
