I brought this cheese ball to a food day at work and didn't have to bring any home!! Even the health nut in the bunch loved this cheese ball and asked me for the recipe.

Famous Butter Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2006
This chicken is a fabulous dish to serve company. It's quick and easy, yet very impressive. I never used the full 1/2 cup butter -- sounds way too greasy for me. Instead, I probably use about three tablespoons with great results.

Original Nestle® Toll House® Chocolate Chip Pan Cookie

A classic. Consider stirring in a cup or so of walnuts with the chocolate chips.

Fruited Ice Cream

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2005
This recipe is quick, easy and delicious!! I chopped the strawberries a bit in my food processor so the ice cream would have a smoother quality. I brought it to a party and everyone raved about it. I'll definitely be making this recipe again.

Sweet Polish Sausage

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2005
This is an excellent recipe and very easy to make! I simmered the sausage for just 20 minute and it turned out just fine. You can cut back on the brown sugar. Plus, depending on the brand of kielbasa, the fat grams may be less than those indicated on the recipe.

Peppermint Patty Brownies

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2004
After reading the list of sinful ingredients, I knew I had to make them...and I wasn't disappointed! These brownies are rich, moist and yummy. It's best to use real butter, which adds to the richness. I've probably made these brownies 30 times over the years and they're always a hit!

Peanut Butter Coffee Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2005
I could spend hours praising the virtues of this coffee cake!! It has the perfect peanut-buttery taste, an extra-yummy topping, and a wonderfully moist texture. Plus, it's easy to make! I took it to work and received so many praises that I sent everyone a link to this recipe. Try mixing about 1 cup of mini chocolate chips in the topping. YUM!

Artichoke Spread

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2003
I receive compliments and a clean dish every time I make this recipe. The good news is, you don't need a blender or food processor to make this recipe. I used a hand-held electric mixer to blend the ingredients together, except for the artichoke hearts. Then I chopped the artichoke hearts and used a spoon to mix them into the other ingredients. Quick, delicious and easy.

Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli

Reviewed: Sep. 2, 2004
This recipe is absolutely awesome!! The sauce is wonderful, creamy and tasty. I used bow-tie pasta, fresh broccoli and frozen shrimp. If you use frozen shrimp, just heat it with the broccoli for a couple of minutes until it's hot. Only one word of caution. You may want to melt the butter and add the flour over low heat, not medium. I burned the first batch of butter and flour because I used medium heat.

Chocolate Zucchini Bread I

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2003
This bread is a wonderful, chocolatey treat. The texture is very moist. My only suggestions are: 1) thoroughly grease the pans, 2) use mini chocolate chips in the recipe, and 3) let the loaves cool at least 10 minutes before you try to remove them from the pan.

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Reviewed: Nov. 19, 2004
This recipe is awesome, simple to make and easy to halve. Use the best chocolate you can find, which in my case was Ghiradelli's. It was so yummy, and perfect for a romantic weekend. Instead of sticking the dipped strawberries on wax paper, you can manipulate the strawberry with two toothpicks and place it leaf side down on the waxed paper.
