Sausage Tomato Soup

This recipe is easy and so good!!!! Used salsa instead of picante because it was in the fridge and a little extra sausage. Perfect for a winter night!

Sausage, Bacon, Apple and Cornbread Stuffing

Made this for Thanksgiving and though it is a little bit of work it was great! Makes a lot of stuffing so bring your appetite!!! No changes needed

Always requested and always enjoyed. You can add or subtract ingredients you would use in a "normal" potato saled but the key is the barbeque sauce. The color is funky and is at it's best in the first 2 days but it is fabulous!!! A great change from the normal potato salad we still enjoy!

Baked Corn Casserole

The Best! I made this for two Thanksgiving dinners and for myself tonight. It is that good!!! If you leave out the chiles it is still good. A little more cream cheese does not hurt; use the whole package!!

Cheesy Ranch Potato Bake

This recipe is really good and can be modified to anyone's taste. Measuring things is strictly optional. Bacon ranch dressing works really well and add some bacon bits too.

Gourmet Chicken Pizza

This is a terrific recipe for a slightly nontraditional pizza. The taste was incredible and so different! My daughter and I finished it all and will make it again soon (and share the recipe with others)
