Fresh Fruit with Poppy Seed Dressing

Reviewed: Jun. 13, 2006
I didn't have raspberries, and the dressing was just great. Will try it with raspberries next time and see if they are necessary.

Javanese Pork Tenderloin

I wouldn't change a thing. It was a hit at my dinner party. Someone commented on the spice, but that is exactly what I loved about it.

Grilled Chicken Breasts with Zesty Peanut Sauce

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2005
I loved this recipe. If I were to make any changes, it would be a little less peanut butter and maybe a little more coconut milk. And add an extra dash of cayenne!

Black Pepper Beef and Cabbage Stir Fry

Reviewed: Oct. 8, 2004
I, also, added some things to spice this up, and it went from a 3 to a 5-star. I added green onions, sesame oil, ginger root, chili garlic sauce, and extra cabbage (shredded semi-finely) I served over jasmine rice and my husband loved it!

Curried Coconut Chicken

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2004
Wonderful! My changes included more greens (bok choy, and green onions rather than regular onions. I doubled the curry powder (Oriental curry, which is a bit more spicy) Splenda instead of regular sugar. More options to play with--napa cabbage, broccoli, etc.

Debdoozie's Blue Ribbon Chili

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2004
Great recipe and easy. I have also added a little brown sugar and a bottle of beer. I also like spice, so added a dash of cayenne. Then let it simmer for an hour or so.
