Coconut Tofu Keema

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2010
This was really good. I added some chopped fresh mushrooms and instead of the tomato sauce I used a cup and a half of fresh tomatoes. I didn't have any red pepper paste, so I substituted 1 T of crushed red peppper flakes. I also felt that it needed a little more salt than 1 t, so I added more.

I really enjoyed this recipe. It was a great way to use up the excess of green beans that I harvested from my garden. The flavor was great.

French Toast I

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2005
This recipe was really great. I didn't have any milk on hand, but I did have some 1/2 and 1/2 so I used a 1/3 c of half and half w/ about two tablespoons of water. I put powdered sugar and maple surup on top. YUM! my husband loved it too.

This was a pretty good macaroni salad. I left out the cheese and added carrots, salt, and a little pepper. My company seemed to enjoy it very well.
