Shell Pasta Salad with Salmon and Green Beans

I gave this four stars because it calls for canned salmon. I used fresh salmon which I poached in a little white wine and water. When the salmon was ready I proceeded with the rest of the recipe, which I really enjoyed.

Aloha Chicken

I opted to cook this in my crockpot and it was so easy. This is a great dish, with great flavor. Bright white rice add nice color contrast to the finished dish.

Blueberry Buckle

This is simply wonderful. Moist, fruity, and crunchy. I have used the basic cake and added all sorts of other fruit. This is also a very good muffin recipe. Just love it!!!

Buttermilk Pancakes II

This recipe had good flavor but produced a very thick batter therefore a dense pancake. I would consider adding more milk the next time I make them.

China Moon Salmon

This is a recipe to try!! I did not have the bean paste. I added rice wine vinegar, oyster sauce, and the remaining ingrediants. I also chose to bake for 15 minutes instead of steaming. Very yummy.

Spinach and Potato Frittata

great twist for the ho-hum scrambled eggs. i subbed shallots for the onion and added a pinch of nutmeg. i also put under the broiler for 2 minutes to brown the top a bit. it even slide out of the pan as it should! nice.

Best Ever Muffins

I really like this basic muffin recipe. I cut the sugar to 1/2 cup. I also placed a spoonful of strawberry preserves into the center of the muffin. Can't wait to try the savory ones.

Buttermilk Bread I

I was not pleased with this recipe at all. I even added the gluten to mine. The dough didn't seem to mix up well, and the finished result looked awful. Won't try again.
