Potato Rosemary Rolls
WOW! These rolls are fantastic! I made them to go with easter dinner and they were a huge success! I was expecting them to be dense and was hoping they wouldn't "hit bottom" like a rock in our tummies. They were light, fluffy and marvelous. Great Flavor.

Eggplant Caviar
Well, this recipe definately caught my eye! Eggplant Caviar?? It is WONDERFUL. Even if you don't like eggplant, you'll never notice it! This is definately a dish for onion lovers. It is quite oniony. I had this as an appetizer for Easter Dinner and everyone loved it! ***Note: It looks quite icky once mixed, but it's delicious, never fear!!

Real Hummus
This is an excellent recipe for this dish. I found that using a blender was a bit aggravating, as it's quite thick. A food processor might work better, but I don't have one. Also, I omitted the olive oil drizzle because, frankly, I tasted it before adding it and it was wonderful, so why waste the calories??? I've made this recipe twice, and I'll tell ya, don't buy the cheap chick peas! It's only $.40 more a can and it's worth it!
