Southwest Chicken

I went with another reviewers suggestion and sautéed some onions and garlic before browning the chicken. I also added some lime chili powder to the mixture. It turned out so good, with a little zest to it. Yumm

Soy Ginger Salmon

Delicious, I also pan seared and made a sauce with the marinade it was so good. My husband who isn't a big fan of salmon nearly licked the plate clean haha
