Brown Sugar Meatloaf

This recipe was good. Mine turned out a little bit watery (not as gross as it sounds), but I didn't let it set before I cut it (we were way too hungry) so that is probably why, the next day it was fine. I agree with others that the mustard powder should be cut down, it's pretty spicy, I'll do half the mustard powder next time and see how it tastes.

Eggnog French Toast

Traditional Style Vegan Shepherd's Pie

I made this recipe with ground chicken thigh as I can't have egg/dairy, but can still eat meat. I couldn't find any "vegan cream cheese", so I didn't add it to the mashed potatoes. I did everything else as directed except putting the vegan cheddar cheese on top, I instead sprinkled the top with garlic powder and paprika. It turned out great! The potatoes did have a soy taste to them, but the next day the flavour of everything else made it extremely difficult to notice. Overall I thought this was delicious! A dish I won't mind eating all week!

Layered Seafood Dip

I was looking for a recipe like my friend's mom used to make when we were growing up. This dip is delicious! I used twice as much (fake) crabmeat and cut out the shrimp completely and it is soooo good. One of those things you bring to a party and everyone wants to know who on earth made the delicious dip they can't stop eating!

Hearty Ham Pie

Made this for me and my bf. It was good. Nothing exceptional. I'm glad I bought the deep dish pie crust because the filling came right up to the top. This is a great make-ahead for a quick re-heat breakfast for the week. I enjoyed the leftovers more than the initial meal.

World's Best Lasagna

made this recipe the first time I ever made lasagna. It takes some time/work, but I could not even believe how well it turned out, best lasagne I ever had! I am a novice at cooking and this lasagne made me look like a pro! the sausage in this is perfect, try not to change that part!
