I'm reviewing my own recipe submission as I posted it before I had a chance to try it. I did it with broccoli and cauliflower, tossing them in 1 tbsp of veg oil, sprinkled with italian seasoning and followed the rest of the recipe as detailed. I let it cool for a few minutes then tried a bite, the next thing I knew I'd eaten half the pan just standing at the stove. I meant to share it with my husband and son but pretty much ate the whole thing myself! A new staple in this house. Next time I'll do it in a cast iron pan I think.
