Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II
This is one of the best recipes for Artichoke-Spinach Dip I've made. This literally disappeared in 15 minutes at the last party I took this to.

This tastes as good as the salads from the Middle Eastern restaurants around here. It's easy to make and delicious!

Louisiana Crawfish Etouffee
Had to rate this a 5 to offset Kern's review. The 3 cups of water are to cook the rice in, not to add to the Etouffee.
