Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies III

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2008
this dough turned out too wet to make cookies out of, but then i just put it in a 9 by 13 and made bar cookies and they were great!

Chocolate Macaroon Tunnel Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2008
yum. something fun and different. i think i cooked it a tad too long, so it was a little dry, also i would try to bury the coconut mix a little better because it got a little overdone.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew IV

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2008
A very good stew. Very easy and delicious, maybe I thickened it too much at the end, but it did taste like pot roast soup, I would have liked it' to be a little less gravy-like. But very good, I would even make it again.

Yeast Waffles

Reviewed: Nov. 8, 2008
These are the best waffles I've ever had! There was nothing weired about them, but they just were different than normal waffels, more special. I also love being able to get them started the night before. The recipe made plenty, with leftovers for our family of 4.

Chocolate Zucchini Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2008
Yum! So good. When I was done mixing my dough was very dry, so I added an extra egg and then spread it out in a 9 by 13. Came out like a cross between a cake and brownies, such a tasty after school snack!

Stir Fried Kale

Reviewed: Sep. 17, 2008
What a great way to eat kale! We were a little unsure of how to gobble up our kale, but this did the trick. Saute-ing it alone would probably be fine, but adding the bread crumbs gave it great flavor and crunch.

Loaded Potato Soup I

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2006
We had leftover baked potatoes, so I was looking for something that I could do with them that was easy and inexpensive and this was perfect. I left out the onion, but we ate it for days! I totally recommend it.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2006
I too loved this recipe. We brought them camping and they were great. They were pretty moist that second day, but still tasted delicious. I tend to always try another recipe each time I make something, especially with something like banana bread, but I will make these again for sure!

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2006
This was a great recipe! I love baked chicken because it's so easy and this one combined my favorites, garlic and cheese! I loved that I had everything I needed on hand, so it wasn't complicated. One thing was that I wasn't sure how thin to pound the chicken, so I didn't go too crazy, I just kind of evened out the thicker spot. The thing that I think just made it was using homeade breadcrumbs. I just freeze the heals of our whole wheat bread and then grind them up in the blender and store the crumbs in the freezer so they're ready to go. These bread crumbs gave the chicken such great texture, we loved it! We will definitly make this again.
