Living in Spain I can't find molasses, so i substituted for honey. It was great. I ran out of flour so I had to put in half if corn flour. The dough was a bit hard to work with but chilled and being careful no to break the shapes as I passed them to the tray, it worked. Since I re -rolled the leftover dough with some flour from flouring the cutting surface, the following batches we loosing flavour. My last batch was forgotten in the oven too long and came out hard. Watch out for the time! Don't go over even though the dough looks a bit raw. Once it cools it's perfect in only 7-10 min as the recipe says.
