Best Ever Caramel Apple Crisp

great recipe. Used some of the tips from other bakers like putting the caramel on top of the apples and i used the caramel dip found in the veggie section of the grocery store. this cut down on messy dishes. Also browned the crisp topping in the broiler for a couple of minutes and it turned out fabulous. Thanks so much

Easy Quiche

Great recipe. I made a few changes. I used already made pie crusts and ended up splitting the batter in two. ( I had 2 round pyrex baking dishes). I also added half on onion, finely chopped and sautéed. My baking time was reduced to 35 minutes and they still turned out golden brown. thanks michele!!!

Coconut Macaroons II

This is a great 4 ingredient recipe. However, I have only one major complaint: Do not bake on aluminum foil. I had made these twice before right on a greased cookie sheet at the normal temperature and time and had NO problem. This weekend, I tried baking them on aluminum and what a gooey mess! I had to scrape them off, put them back in a bowl and make them again. I was not a happy camper, but amazingly, they still turned out good. N-joy!!!
