Herb Rubbed Sirloin Tip Roast

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2013
So good and so easy. The family loved it and I'm making it again tonight! The 145 probe temperature gave me more of a raw end; I prefer heating it to 155 and then letting it sit. Kids won't eat it too red. A keeper!

Fluffy Pancakes

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2012
Following the recipe yields great pancakes, I used canola oil instead of butter or shortening and they were very good. However the site would not let me update the servings so I literally doubled the recipe. This made them less fluffy and they were not as tasty. I will stick to only 4 servings and keep true to the recipe..

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 4, 2012
Wow, finally an amazing muffin. So moist, so good. I followed the directions to a T and scored an A+. Can't wait for some ripe bananas to attempt it again and see if its just as amazing.

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Jan. 20, 2012
Not Sure why this crust received great reviews, it is mediocre at best. We found it bland and on the dry side. We've tried some yeast free recipes on this site when pressed for time and they were superior.

Chewy Coconut Cookies

Reviewed: Nov. 30, 2011
I needed an easy treat for a baking swap. I started looking for recipes with ingrediants I had on hand. I went with coconut. I had to substitute oil for the butter and icing sugar for the white sugar. I tried 3 variations for this cookie, one was choco chip, the other white choco and the last the original. The original and choco chip was by far the best. My kids enjoyed them as did I. I am definitely going to try this recipe for my bake swap. Thanks again!
