Spanish Flan
Loved it, loved it, loved it! Perfectly creamy, smooth and not too eggy texture. Tastes great and super easy to make! Made my flan in 6oz ramekins. Baked at 350 for 30 mins in water bath loosely covered with foil until just set. Melting the sugar requires patience and a strong will to suppress the desire to stir it, but still completely do-able. Highly recommended!

Super Fajita Marinade
Excellent marinade! Used it to marinate split chicken breasts, then grilled them up and only then sliced them and warmed them through with bell peppers and onions on the skillet. Wasn't too limey, but I can imagine the lime flavor being too strong if you try to marinate pre-sliced beef or chicken. In this case, I wouldn't do it for more than a couple of hours. Overall, great flavor and the final product easily compares to fajitas in some of my favorite mexican and tex-mex places.

Marrakesh Vegetable Curry
I really liked this recipe! To me this curry had very authentic taste. I am sure it can take many substitutions in terms of vegetables and beans used without adverse effect, so you can use veggies that you have on hand. Chopping them up wasn't that hard or time consuming. I did not change the amount of spices or oil and it wasn't bland or greasy at all. It was just right. It really makes a ton. Will definitely make again.
