I doubled this batch, used just all-purpose flour(it was all I had on hand),added 1 tsp minced garlic to the dough ( When I added the flour ) 1 tsp garlic powder, some oregeno, and I let this dough rise for half hour and it was the best homemade pizza we have ever eaten! You can do so much with this recipe, add this, take away that! This is AWESOME! I do not have a pizza stone yet, so I just popped it in the oven ( I got two huge 12inch pizzas ) The dough was so fluffy! Thank you so much for this amazing dough!!!
