Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2014
I've been looking for a fudge recipe for EVER that didn't come out crumbly and dry. I FOUND IT! This is hands down the best I've come across! Now, I did make some changes as the other reviews recommended, & here's what I did; I used 2cups brown sugar, 3 cups confectioners sugar, 2 tsp vanilla, 1 full cup of peanut butter. I was nervous about the boiling stage so here's what I did; I stirred the ingredients together ALOT until the first couple bubbles started, right away I started my 2 minute timer and I never stirred it for them full 2 minutes. It worked for me!!! Thanks so much for an amazing recipe, the fudge turned out creamy & smooth, just like at the bakers!!! My husband was SOOO excited for a perfect fudge!! :)

Peanut Blossoms II

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2013
LOVE LOVE LOVE !!! Followed this recipe to a T, and will use this one every time I want peanut blossoms. I must say I'm totally impressed & surprised that 3 days later they are still soft. Of course I keep them in a air tight container, but I've made other versions of this recipe many times but always found they dried out and got too crunchy. Thanks for an awesome recipe, definitely a keeper!!!

Cracked Sugar Cookies I

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2013
Ohhh, MMmmmmmmm!!! Just helped myself to 2 of these cookies warm from the oven. They are PERFECTION!! I must say at first I was skeptical of this recipe as I started mixing all the ingredients because it seemed crumbly, I had trouble at the end getting them all blended and I panicked and added a little bit of milk, & VOILA!!!! I followed the directions 100% and I must say I'm thinking of skipping supper and just eating all these buttery, yummy sugar cookies!! Thanks for the perfect recipe, I will be using this one EVERYTIME I get a sweet tooth!!

Soft Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2012
I adore this oatmeal cookie! I thought everything about them was perfect. I followed the ingredients exactly but I did do a few things differently. I ended up leaving the batter in the fridge overnight (but only because I ended up not having the time to bake them)I never added the sugar when pressing your cookie down, but the best thing I did was take 2 cookies, put a HUGE scoop of ice-cream between them and had the best icecream sandwhich EVER!! We tried one right after the cookies cooled, but the best way was to freeze the whole sandwhich. I made these cookies last week, & I'm now making them again, as I type the batter is in the fridge! Thank you for the best oatmeal cookie recipe I've tried yet! :)

Quick and Easy Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Feb. 26, 2012
I doubled this batch, used just all-purpose flour(it was all I had on hand),added 1 tsp minced garlic to the dough ( When I added the flour ) 1 tsp garlic powder, some oregeno, and I let this dough rise for half hour and it was the best homemade pizza we have ever eaten! You can do so much with this recipe, add this, take away that! This is AWESOME! I do not have a pizza stone yet, so I just popped it in the oven ( I got two huge 12inch pizzas ) The dough was so fluffy! Thank you so much for this amazing dough!!!

Simple Whole Wheat Bread

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2012
This is THE BEST bread recipe EVER! Thank you soooo much! I did make a couple alterations. I never had any bread flour so I used all purpose & whole wheat. I also added 1/4 cup milled flax seed and 1 cup of oats. It's a very straight forward recipe. I got two huge loafs and I used the rest for buns. AMAZING!! I suggest this for all of you out there who are looking for a super tasty, easy home-made bread recipe!!! MmmmmMM I will use this recipe ALWAYS!

BBQ Glazed Homemade Meatballs

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2011
Tried these tonight for supper, over white rice. The only thing I tweaked with this recipe was using 1/2 cup brown sugar in the sauce. The meatballs were GREAT!! They might just be my new fav! The sauce... Well it was different, not sure if I'll use it again. The meatballs are a must though, and would be great with your own favorite sauce. Thanks for sharing!! :)

Soft Sugar Cookies IV

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2011
These were SUPER soft sugar cookies! I absaloutley loved that they stayed so soft and got many compliments on that. The flavour wasn't exactly what I was hoping for, they lacked a little bit but over-all they were amazing! I will definately use this recipe again. They were very easy to make, making sure you cream together the butter, shortening and sugar well . Thanks for a great recipe! :)

Banana-Chip Oat Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2011
I thought this recipe turned out pretty good! I also followed others suggestions and added 1/4 c milk, and because I had no applesauce I added 1 tablespoon of oil. Also, I had no WW flour so used only all purpose. They have great flavour, and the texture was good. Will definately make these again! Yummy!
