I have made this recipes a number of times and get great reviews from all who try it. I usually do 1/2 ranch dressing and 1/2 blue cheese dressing and omit the cheddar cheese but add blue cheese crumbles. To make it super simple I purchase 2 - 3 fried chicken breasts at the deli section of the supermarket, remove the crispy skin and bones, then chop up the meat into small pieces. I think that the fresh meat tastes better than canned which I tried once. I find that I like it best with celery and go through two whole stocks each time I serve it. I usually serve it in a mini crock pot to keep it warm, but be sure and watch that it doesn't over cook and you'll need to stir it once in a while. Thanks for this tasty recipe.
