Beth's Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 2, 2014
you'll get a slightly better product if you change the soda to 1/2 soda and 1/2 powder.

These turned out great, especially with the cinnamon honey butter recipe from this site. I did make sure to preheat my oven with the pans in, then added a pat of butter to each custard cup just before pouring the batter. I didn't bother greasing and flouring the cups. I also added some vanilla (1/2 tsp or so) as others suggested. I posted two pics attached to this recipe.

Rhubarb Strawberry Crunch

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2014
Very good. Used some frozen fruit we put away from the summer months. Kids loved it. A bit of cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla or nuts might make a nice addition.

Best Brownies

Reviewed: Dec. 7, 2011
The brownies are ok, a bit cakey as others have commented. The frosting is awesome, however. I didn't have any honey so I substituted light corn syrup instead - it was superb!

Thai Green Curry Prawns

Reviewed: Dec. 4, 2011
I've made this several times and love it. I usually use pan fried tofu instead of prawns and change up the veggies. I also cut down the lime juice a bit, maybe use only one lime instead of two. I've also made the mistake of using low fat coconut milk which was awful - the regular coconut milk really helps cut the heat and thicken the sauce. I agree with other reviews that you can cut down the amount of milk, however.
