These cookies are perfect. Crisp yet chewy with perfect spice combination. Use a 2" cookie scoop and bake for 15 min for large bakery quality cookies.

Butter Rich Spritz Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2012
My friends and family raved about these cookies. My mother requested these for Christmas. I had never heard of a spritz cookie and this was the first recipe that popped up when I searched. Mom says they tasted just like what her mom made. I will be making these every year from now on.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2012
This is phenomanal!!!!! If you use quality ingrediants there is no way to go wrong. I doubled the sauce the first time and family still wanted more. The second time I multiplied sauce by 6 and had just enough to serve over angel hair pasts. I did find it took a bit longer to reduce but again I had way more liquid than recipe called for. This recipe is great for any day of the week!!!!

Granny's Cherokee Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2012
This dish was very good. I am not a huge fan of American cheese and it was still delicious. Makes a great base recipe that can be altered to suit your taste, budget or pantry. Next time I will use brown rice and cheddar cheese or a taco cheese blend for extra kick.

3-Cheese Pasta Bake

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2012
My hubby and daughter loved this. I thought it was good but not great. I will make again using different soups and cheese and see what happens. Overall this is a quick, kid friendly side dish and a nice change from potatoes or rice.

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2012
With 1 change that was suggested by several reviewers these are the best cookies I have ever made. I used 1/2 cup of white sugar and 1 1/2 cup of brown sugar. I used my 2" cookie scoop and had to bake almost 15 minutes due to size. These cookies were crispy on the edges and chest in the middle just as advertised. I did not feel they were too cake like or dry as others have suggested. The next time I make these I will double the recipe to ensure they last longer than a couple of days.

Meatball Nirvana

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2012
I would have given 5 stars but hubby felt they were missing something so I split the difference. I followed the recipe exactly and made delicious meatballs. I simmered them in a spaghetti sauce from this site after baking. Best spaghetti donner I have made. I also doubled this recipe to ensure I had leftovers.

Grandma Maggio's Spaghetti Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2012
This sauce is amazing!! It tasted just like my moms. I did have to make a few alterations to fit what I had on hand. I used crushed tomatoes instead od whole. I was also out of fresh Basil so I used dry. I did double this recipe but not the sugar. I thought it was a bit too sweet which is why only four stars but the family and guests thought it was perfect. I will never use jarred sauce again.
