These are yummy and I can make them chocolate chip or raisin. They stay crisp and freeze well.

This tasted ok as long as it was warm but when it cooled off it was not awful. The consistency left a lot to be desired. I won't be making it again.

Pumpkin Dessert

Outstanding! I added 1 tbsp of cinnamon and 1 tsp of cloves in addition to the pumpkin pie spice called for in the recipe!

I took this to a Church cooking group meeting and everyone loved it. I did add a lot of extra spice to the pumpkin mixture. I added a tablespoon of Cinnamon and a tsp of cloves in addition to the 2 tbsps of pumpkin pie spice called for in the recipe.

Broccoli Cheese Soup

This soup is wonderful. we are making it for the Fall Festival at our church. We need to have soup for 50 and this will be a real easy one to put together and I suspect it will be a crowd pleaser. I added a bit more cheese and broccoli (mostly because I didn't want a small dab of ingrediennts hanging out in my refrigerator. It took 30 minutes start to finish.

Tortilla Casserole

I made this for my Bridge Group Brunch. It was a hit! It was so easy to prepare and it is always nice to have it ready to be baked when you get up in the morning.

Hearty Bean Chowder

This is an outstanding chowder. I used Chicken Broth in place of the water but doubt it made much of a difference. I made it for a church soup dinner and of the 4 soups there it was the first one gone.
