Sweet Potato, Carrot, Apple, and Red Lentil Soup

Wow, excellent recipe! I added another apple to the recipe, and only pureed half the soup. The yogurt gave it a great flavor!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries

Easy, I dont have a dble boiler, I used 2 pots and took the chocolate pot off when half way melted and stirred it until it melted. I used a little less than 2tbs butter instead of shortening and a 11.5 oz bag of chocolate chips. Yummy, thank you!!

Penne Pasta with Cannellini Beans and Escarole

I also added a clove of garlic and crushed red pepper. It was inexpensive, and quick easy to make. My husband enjoyed it, I thought it was fine, but a bit boring.
