Cha Cha's White Chicken Chili

I changed a few things. I only added about a Tbsp of the canned jalapenos, and instead of the chicken I bought a good-sized turkey breast, roasted it in the oven, and used the meat from that. (Do not over cook the turkey! Remember it will be cooked some more in the chili.) Also I just passed the grated cheese on the side. I also added some salt. With these changes, and served with warm flour tortillas, it's really great. My youngest had me make it for his 13th birthday party, and it was a big hit.
