Crustless Spinach Quiche

first attempt at quiche. Have always been too nervous to even try. Mine turned out a tiny bit too soft in the middle but that was my fault for not getting all of the liquid out of onions and fresh (not frozen) spinach. So easy, wish I would have tried making this years ago.

Cheese's Baked Macaroni and Cheese

for the fact my VERY picky child ate this with a smile it automatically gets 5 stars. The only adjustment I made was reducing the onion amount to appx 1/4 a cup and I added 2 cloves minced garlic.

Ken's Perfect Hard Boiled Egg (And I Mean Perfect)

I've spent the last 41 years dreading making hard boiled eggs. It had to be a real special occassion to suffer the torture. The shells aways stuck, the yolks were either not cooked completely or were deep green. Since finding this recipe I've made them at least once a week for the past 16 weeks. THANK YOU!!!!

BBQ Pork Pizza

Delicious! Just what I needed to use up the left over pulled pork from Super Bowl Sunday. If you don't use the pickles don't bother making this. I used jalapeno pickles... wonderful. This would be bland if not for the pickles. There were no left overs.

Cajun Chicken Burgers

this was really good. Next time I will make and then use maybe a 1/2 measuring cup to portion it out then use spatula to shape and flatten onto broiler. Ground chicken is very sticky, won't soley rely on my hands for mixing and forming into burgers again.
