Famous Pork Chops

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2009
This was just okay for me and my family. It didn't have much flavor. I probably will not make it again.

Phyllo Turnovers with Shrimp and Ricotta Filling

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2007
My family loved these however I did make changes. I omitted the bell pepper since my family doesn't care for it. Also omitted ricotta, flour and salt. I used cream cheese instead. I will definitely make these again.

Excellent! I followed the directions exactly as written. This is the only way my family will eat salmon.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2006
This is a great recipe. If strawberries are not in season, use mandarin orange segments or pineapple tidbits. It is also good with some grilled chicken added to the salad.

Jalapeno Poppers I

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2005
The best poppers I have ever eaten and much healthier than the deep fried version. I made these for a party last Christmas and they disappeared quickly. I am going to make them again this year. Be sure to wear gloves when handling hot peppers.

German Sweet Chocolate Pie

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2005
I used the really large size Mr. Goodbar (probably 8 oz.) in this recipe and light cream cheese. Also, I stored it in the freezer. It didn't last long at my house. This is soooo yummy. Will definitely make again.

Creamy Lemon Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 21, 2005
Yummy easy cake. I used light Cool Whip and low fat milk in the icing and it was still great. Took it to work and everybody loved it.

Sensational Sirloin Kabobs

Reviewed: Sep. 9, 2005
YUMMY! I used the same ingredients but prepared on my indoor electric grill. I grilled the meat first, then the vegetables. The meat was very tender. My family loved it. This recipe is a definitely a keeper.

Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2004
I made this the traditional way. I added some enchilada sauce to the veggie mixture, spooned mixture into tortillas, rolled up and placed fold side down in baking dish. Pour some enchilada sauce (or salsa) over top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake about 30 min. until bubbly. (Use spatula to lift each enchilada from dish)Yummy.

Million Dollar Pie III

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2003
Great, easy pie. I added 1/2 cup sweetened coconut to mine and it turned out just fine. This recipe actually makes 2 pies not 1.
