Relatively easy to make and the first time my hubby liked mac n cheese I've made from scratch. I would suggest cutting back on the pepper (1/2 tsp instead) if you're not a fan of spicy food like I am. Also, it had a grainy texture instead of smooth which I believe was my fault because I used a bag of shredded cheese from the fridge instead of a cubed block of cheese. I believe the anti-caking agents in the cheese caused this, so please learn from my mistake. Overall, tasty and will make again, just modified to suit my family's tastes.
