Cheddar Baked Chicken

This recipe was amazing! My fiance went back for seconds, claiming this was my best dish to date. Only thing I did differently was ditched the cereal and went for a heavy hand with the cheese. I paired this with some roasted red potatoes... and a winter ale. This dish will certainly get you out of trouble!

Baked French Fries I

Delicious, I regret not baking them with more salt. Luckily that's a simple fix even after they're done.
