Bramboracky (Czech Savory Potato Pancakes)

We made them with much ease. We added grated parmesean, which was very good. However, I don't recommend frying in Canola oil. NOt sure what kind you should use....anyway, Thanks for sharing!

Serbian Ground Beef, Veggie, and Potato Bake

I used red instead of green pepper, but everything aside, browned the beef and drained, then added all but the potatoes in the skillet and cooked them on the stovetop. The meat was better than any other I have made, or perhaps the novelty of cooking Serbian style made me joyful...We decorated a plate with spinach, but on some czech potato pancakes, a serving of the meat, and topped with sour cream dollop. YUMMY!

Margaret's Southern Chocolate Pie

Perhaps it was my mistake on the merengue, but the pie seemed overly sweet and the texture wasn't meltable in the mouth. It was fun to make though. Not a big hit at the T-giving dinner.
