Fluffy Pancakes
I made one pancake from the batter following the instructions and found they were a very straightforward in that I mean kinda boring, so I sprinkled some cinnamon and vanilla extract then after they were cooked sprinkled a mixture of cinnamon and confectioners sugar on top, a bit decadent but more for my taste!

Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies
I tried this because I was hungry baked goods and don;t have much in terms of ingredients at the moment. I decided to try and cut a quarter of the sugar out and substitute half of it with brown sugar which seemed to work out just fine. I added about two tablespoons of milk, for no particular reason but to experiment and it held up quite well, giving it a creamier taste I believe. I also used crunchy peanut butter which made it a bit better for me. I think some butter would do this recipe justice, and even with the reduction in sugar, it was a tad too sweet.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie
I tried this out a few days ago, I made a crust using Reese's Puffs Cereal (one box of this cereal has enough for about three pie crusts), about 6 cups ground down end up being roughly 1 and a half cups which fits perfectly in a 9-inch pie tin. I baked that crust and after it cooled I added the filling. I replaced the milk with half & half to make it creamier, and it did wonders! I'm thinking of trying this out with whipping cream because the pie doesn't hold all that well, but regardless, it was delicious!
