It looked great when it was done, but it needed some sugar in the pastry part. It was like eating pie crust to me. I did add some preserves on the top to try to sweeten it up, but it didn't do the trick. I won't be making these again.

Chicken Chimichangas with Sour Cream Sauce

This is a very good chimichanga recipe. After we finished dinner I realized i forgot the cheese, and my hubby still rated it one of the best things I have ever made. I took the advice of another reviewer and didn't deep fry them and brushed olive oil on them and did convection oven at 400 degrees 5 minutes flipped and another 5 minutes.
