Stuffed Cabbage Rolls

I'm still cooking them, but there needs to be some liquid added to the tomato soup. I mixed a a few tablespoons of salsa with about two tablespoons of water and mixed it in. The cabbage rolls stuck to the pan.

Banana Pumpkin Bread

I followed this to the recipe. I'm not sure why I didn't like the banana/pumpkin taste. Maybe I was expecting it to taste like pumpkin bread. My two year old liked it. I liked it, but didn't LOVE it. Maybe only using one banana next time will do the trick.

Chicken Rice Mexicana

I agree with another rater, the rice was crunchy on the top. Next time I would just put rice on the bottom. I would also use a smaller casserole dish or add more cheese. One cup is not enough. I sprinkled cumin on top of the chicken mixture and added a little salt & Pepper, which was good.

Port And Mushroom Sauce Chicken

I made this for a business dinner. My guest gobbled it up!! I bought fresh breasts from the butcher (5) and used a whole can of chicken broth. I also used a whole container of sliced mushrooms. I didn't use the parsley. I would use more shallots, maybe 4T instead. Very Good!!! I've made it twice and the wheat flour gives a great taste. I will use wheat for all browning to see what happens. Thanks for the recipe!

Grilled Salmon I

I made this for my husband, not for me as I do not like Salmon. He said on a scale of 1 to 10, it was definitely at 10. So, I tasted it... it was very tasty!! I will make this for both of us next time. I put it on the grill and oiled the grill first, but it still stuck a little. Not sure on what to do about that. Maybe by lifting it after a minute to prevent sticking. You must try this recipe, its great!

Pork Chops with Italian Sausage

I had to make pork chops for someone who loves meat, so I tried this. The guys loved it! I used rice, but would probably use noodles next time because of the sauce. It was very tasty and I will make it again. It's definitely a meat lovers meal.
