My cooking tragedies
I once made a strawberry cake and did something wrong to the strawberry frosting. It kind of liquified itself and slid off the layers in big globs and ended up looking like some kind of organ (the kind you take out of a body!). It was so repulsive that no one would eat it and we still remember it as The Cake From Hell.

Sauerkraut for Canning
Oh, if only my husband liked sauerkraut the way I do! I love this recipe but it makes my husband fratchety.

Scrambled Egg Muffins
No green pepper in the ingredients list, but it's in the directions? Oh well, these were still good. Scrambled eggs in a muffin shape!
