Pan-Fried Asparagus

Although I feel it is hard to ruin any asparagus dish, there is Way TOO much butter!! I also added some fresh squeezed lemon to it and served it with Tilapia. Yummy but cut butter in 1/2 for sure!!

Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

I made these for Christmas gifts, and everyone thought I was a culinary genious. I made the first batch without the mini muffin pan. They ended up looking like a flowers with the reeses as the middle, so I called them Reese's Peanut Butter Blossoms. They dfinitely look more professional with the mini muffin pan, but either way they flew out of the kitchen as quickly as I baked them!!

Apple Crisp with Oat Topping

I made one for my Mom's group, but it got eaten before I could get there the next day! I made another and it got gobbled up! Taste a little like anapple cobbler.

Hoagie Bake

My entire family the same thing for once!! My 2,4, and 8 year old thought it tasted great! Will make again!! I skipped the swiss and pepperoni sausage and it still tasted great!

Mini Crescent Roll Burgers
