Easy Indian Butter Chicken

This is fantastic! Beautiful sauce. I doubled the chicken and threw in a couple small-dice potatoes. Easy and wonderful!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

Fantastic :) I double everything except the butter/flour/milk mixture because I was trying to cut out some calories. Also added extra celery and potatoes plus threw in some carrots and garlic. I really thought the soup would be bland but it wasn't. Simply wonderful!

Pork Chile Rojo (Pulled Pork with Red Chile Sauce)

This was SO YUMMY and exactly what I was looking for. I just threw everything in the crockpot....much easier! Also, I used one jar of green salsa and one jar of red. It made a TON of extra sauce so I stuck it in the freezer for later :)

Soft, Moist and Gooey Cinnamon Buns

THESE ARE THE BEST!!!!!!!! I didn't have the time to do everything at once so I made the dough the night before, filled it and rolled it and put it in the freezer. Then, in the morning I took the log out, sliced it, and let the buns thaw and rise while I went to church. Then, I came home and baked them. YUM YUM YUM!

House Fried Rice

Yum Yum Yum! First time I made this, I ate half the pan. Literally. I didn't have ham or bell pepper. I made it with brown rice and I eat a bowl every day...and I have shed a couple of pounds doing it! You can't beat that!

Strawberry and Feta Salad

This was the perfect salad for a dinner I went to. One of the women there ate at least 5 bowls! I served the dressing on the side so everyone could just put however much they wanted on. I also used "Spring Mix" pre-packed lettuce instead of Romaine.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

YUM...everything turned out wonderful. I too used about 1T of milk for the glaze. I also substituted Butternut flavor for the almond. I made my cookies quite larger and they turned out pretty good. The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because the filling was a little weird but it may have been the brand I used.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Pretty good. I doubled the recipe and used ground beef and normal cream of mushroom soup. Added sour cream at the end, served it over rice and my husband loved it! This recipe is super-duper easy. One recommendation: if you are doing a single recipe, the cooking time might be too long. Thanks, Jessica.
